I am a local Real Estate Broker and have had the occasion to to need Bill's advice on how to "navigate" the intricacies of the legal system with it's complexities. His expertise and knowledge has been "invaluable" for assisting my "distressed" clients. Bill is courteous, patient and I would "heartily" recommend him to anyone who might need a "true" professional thru trying times.

Mr. Winfield answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised that he got back to me the same day I sent him a message. He is very professional and informative. I'd come to him again if I needed more information.

Of all the many attorney/lawyer law business and practices available today, I was privileged and honored to secure Mr. William Winfield for my own personal attorney.
It was not by accident, but through a business colleague who informed me of a complimentary seminar presentation Mr. Winfield was offering to the public, which outlined the definitions and misconceptions of Chapters 7, 11, and 13. He didn’t have to offer this seminar; he was already an established successful attorney. Why? Because of his genuine concern and compassion for the community that was experiencing a severe housing crisis. Remember that back in 2007?
Mr. Winfield took this crisis to heart and decided to help others better understand what their options were. Since this seminar was without charge, I decided this opportunity would be in my best interest to learn about these chapters from a professional; I too was looking at a possible foreclosure and the seminar was a welcomed aid to an overwhelming situation.
Voila! Mr. Winfield single-handedly had successfully launched and delivered the most impressive presentation- both verbal and with clear visual aid- on a very complex yet important subject. His delivery was understandable, concise, and presented the facts and definitions in laypersons terms in a non-condescending manner. He carefully outlined every detail for those in attendance; fellow Americans, neighbors and towns people. With the highest respect, he also incorporated a few individuals to share their personal testimonials and how they were affected by the crisis. Each shared how Mr. Winfield’s knowledge on the subject guided them through their frustrating and worrisome situation. I found that extremely supportive and admirable of those individuals.
At the conclusion of his 60-minute presentation, he reviewed the most all-encompassing and informative final facts and expectations. I learned a great deal in a short amount of time and felt a spark of hope - there you have it- one person can make a difference!
Since that time, I have remained in contact with Mr. Winfield for advice and legal services, obtaining direction and support. He is always too happy to assist and guide me onto the most effective path. He is always available without hesitation or delays via any means of electronic communications, and yes, he will return to you without delay!
My conclusion is that you will be in agreement with me that Mr. Winfield is not only knowledgeable and an expert in his field, but; reliable, trustworthy, fair, dependable, kind, honorable and noble professional lawyer / friend.
Thank you Mr. Winfield for your availability, gracious manner, talents, and prompt assistance over the years!
