After over 2 years, I am in the exact same position I was when I sadly made a phone call to Life Back Legal. I called to have them assist with a Global Entry appeal and pa...id them nearly $6000, but they are not appealing my denial without charging more. There are many words for this firm, but "deceptive" and "bait-and-switch" are good analogies. I suggest never using this firm and going with the National Security Law firm, they offer a Guaranteed Global Entry Appeal Service with NO HIDDEN CHARGES.
