My workers comp hero

My very first workers comp situation. At first I didn't think a Lawyer could help my situation. But once I explained my situation to Joseph Richards, he explained how I had been wronged and he offered me his help. His office took care of me every step of the way. Thank you so much!

Outstanding Legal Services

My experience with the Law Office of Joseph Richards was very positive. Joseph handled my case with exceptional expertise and in a caring manner. I had many questions about the process, and Joseph was patient enough to answer my questions. He fought for my rights as an injured worker and is extreme...ly knowledgeable in his field of law. He and his staff were always helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Staff is outstanding and proficient with the paperwork involved in the system, as well as friendly and responsive to my emails, calls, attentive to my health concerns. I received copies of my paperwork always in a timely manner, and he and his staff made the process effortless by utilizing electronic means to finalize my case during the pandemic easing my load. I highly recommend Joseph Richards and his office, and am grateful for his efforts on my behalf. I give him a full five stars!!

Professional and Accurate

We settled my workers' compensation claim and I got more than I expected, because my lawyer went the extra mile by investigating the issues in a professional manner. Friendly office atmosphere in Santa Ana and Corona. Always get updated with any new matters. Highly educated concerning workers comp.... Excellent. I was so happy working with Mr. Richards. It changed my life considering the injury. Highly recommend Mr. Richards for any legal matter. One of the top good negotiators. Very patient.
