I'm an estate planning attorney experienced in living trusts, generational wealth planning, trust administration and asset protection at a boutique, but predominant, estate planning law firm in Orange County, California, which has proudly established over 9,000 trusts.

I focus on the creation and administration of trusts to achieve a variety of client goals, including probate avoidance, family wealth preservation, government benefit eligibility and planning, and the reduction or elimination of estate, gift and other tax consequences. I have worked on nearly one thousand trust projects involving both standard revocable living trusts and irrevocable trusts (e.g. Dynasty Trusts, Multi-Generational Trusts, Intentionally Defective Grantor Trusts (IDGTs), Qualified Personal Residence Trusts (QPRTs), Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts (ILITs), Medi-Cal trusts, Individual Retirement Account [IRA] Beneficiary Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, etc.).

My approach to estate planning is entirely client-centric. I focus on building genuine relationships with my clients; positive relationships in turn leads to more effective communication and allows for otherwise hidden issues to be discovered and addressed. The estate plan is often more thorough and successful because of it.

Holly took care of all the details down to the t. She did an excellent job of explaining all the details and the next steps in the process to get what we needed. Any follow-up questions we had she answered immediately. Pros: Thorough, professional, responsive, and polite. Cons: Nothing.

Absolute Saint

During a very challenging time we hired Holly to help us handle several Trusts and an Estate in California. Holly is unbelievable! She is so patient , kind and calm. It's been two years and she has been a consummate professional through the whole process. Due to the extreme nature of the work involved she even gave us her personal cell so we could constantly communicate whether she was at work or not. Holly really makes us feel like family. Wonderful Experience

My wife and thoroughly researched and spoke with various attorneys prior to selecting Holly’s firm to handle our estate planning. We spoke multiple times and communicated via emails even prior to her knowing if we would ultimately select her firm to represent us. During that time Holly was very patient and professional in answering any and all questions we had. Holly’s willingness to assist us was amazing and we ultimately hired her firm. Once we met Holly in person (we reside almost 95 miles from her place of business and the drive was well worth ir) we found her office and colleagues to be very professional and courteous. Planning for the future - Living Trust

Excellent Living Trust Attorney

I met with Holly earlier this year to discuss creating an estate plan for my family. My children are both minors and I was mainly concerned with making sure they were taken care of if something should happen to me. I put it off for a long time thinking it would be a difficult process, but Holly made it so easy. She helped me to create a living trust, with a will and powers of attorney. There were many things to think about, but she helped me with every decision that I had to make. Holly is extremely professional, smart and simply great at what she does. Extremely personable. She returned every call promptly and was very responsive with emails, which worked well for me. I'm a physician and my schedule is difficult to work around, but she was also very accommodating in that regard. I have already recommended a handful of friends and family members to her. It was a true pleasure working with Holly.

Pleasure to Work With - Great Experience - Excellent Trust Attorney in Orange County

Our attorney, Ms. Holly Nabiey, set up our family trust and estate plan and we were very pleased with the process from start to finish. She explained everything so well and was delightful to work with. We had put it off for so long, thinking our family situation would be too complicated to work with, but she was able to explain everything in simple and understandable terms.
