So happy I found Mario. The price was right and his service was far beyond my expectations. He made it a point to get back to me promptly via email or phone. Very patient with us. Due to circumstances beyond our control it took longer on our case but he was always there.

Excellent Attorney!!

excellent immigration attorney
I have known Mario for over 10 years. I literally speak to him at least once per month to get some expert advise on an immigration matter. Excellent Lawyer
My husband and I came to Mr. Zapata in order to apply for adjustment of status through marriage. He was upfront and extremely honest. The entire process went smoothly and pretty quick. He addressed all questions and even random questions that came up over the weekend. He is extremely realiable and was always on time for appointments, even early for the interview appointment. His staff is friendly and also very helpful. We are so happy we found him and will refer family and friends for all immigration needs!

Cannot recommend Mario enough!
From the time we first consulted with Mario to the time we were approved our green card petition, Mario was on top of everything. And whenever something needed to get done, his staff was also more than helpful in getting it done. Mario was very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the process. At the time of the interview he was there to sit with us while we waited and just chit chatted about random things to help keep us at ease. I could go on and on about him and his office. But what for? Just do yourself the favor and call him. Talk to him and you'll know he's the attorney you need and can definitely trust. I liked him the first time we spoke and when my wife came in she said I definitely made the right call in hiring Mario. I cannot recommend him enough to anybody that asks. He cares about you more than just being a client, but as a person as well.

Amazing!
Mario explained everything what you want to know, the consequences just in case it happen, and what to do next. His fee is reasonable. He just represented me May 1, 2015, for an interview for adjustment of status, and I was approved. Prior to this in 2008, he was with me for my removal proceedings,

Successfully handled multiple family cases
Attorney Mario Zapata successfully represented multiple family members going through the adjustment of status process. Fantastic!
I would recommend Mario to anyone (and everyone!) in need of an immigration attorney. Just one look on the USCIS website can leave anyone feeling overwhelmed and certainly unsure of the forms and files required for each unique case. My now husband and I were at a loss as to how we would ever get through the process! Mario took all of the stress and uncertainty out of that for us. He prepared the files we needed and helped us every step of the way. Smart, Respectful, and Got My Wife a Green Card
This attorney was great. It was my first experience hiring an attorneys. My fears and concerns quickly went away, as Mr. Zapata was very clear and thorough with his instructions. Additionally, the processing times he provided my wife and I were on point. He got my wife a green card within 4 months of having filed the paperwork. He was on time to the immigration interview where he accompanied us, and seemed to be very well respected by immigration officers at the Santa Ana office.
