Gree Card Approval

Fady helped me with my green card process. He is the best lawyer I could have asked for. My green card was approved after a 10 minute interview despite the complexities. He prepared my file very well that the officer didn’t have any questions. He was always available to answer my questions. I highly ...highly recommend him. He is a life saver.

Great person

I am from Ct and I did not have a great lawyer to help me with my fiancé visa for my fiancé he was the only one volunteering with no cost, and has never said I can not answer you or anything I appreciate all your work that you have done to everyone and single one of us. Great consultation about visitor's visa to the US

My husband and I consulted with Fady Eskandar when we were applying for a visitor's visa for the US. He gave us advice that helped us to prepare for the visa interview and helped us know what paperwork we needed to have ready for our unique situation.

correcting an error in my certificate of naturalization from the 90s

Excellent lawyer and excellent results. I hired Mr. Eskandar after my US passport was denied because my birth certificate and naturalization place of birth was different. I come from Bangladesh and wrote that I'm from the Indian Subcontinent in my naturalization application. They issued my naturaliz...ation certificate with India on it and I didn't bother to correct it for 20 years until I had to renew my passport and was denied. He did the research and crafted a cover letter with supporting documentation and I got my passport and naturalization certificate corrected without paying the fees of the form. I highly recommend.
