Retained AOS

We decided to retain Mr. Fady for my mother's AOS in May 2024. The Engagement and Documentation Compling and Review Process was honestly, seamless and he made every effort to explain the smallest details in simple English for us to understand. Everytime we thought we have got some head wind, he man...aged to seamlessly weather it with absolute ease. He is a star, and a star is the least we can say in regard to his professionalism and courtosy. My mother's AOS has come through today, in a mere 5 months.
