The Owner of the Real Estate who had his own issues, with losing the property and what he needed to stay out of a Chapter proceeding. And a Bridge Lender who was willing to put up a lot of money to complete the deal with partial Reconveyance’s for the sale of units. This was a nice complex transaction which needed a good Attorney; Scott did an excellent job of helping put everything together and help hold it together to get the deal closed.
