I have know Harry Westover for over 15 years and have worked with him numerous time on estate and trust matters usually involving unusual, complex, and / or challenging issues. I work with a private professional fiduciary and Harry is generally our first choice when we require the assistance of outside counsel.
Robert Foster, Probate Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
Harry Westover is the dean of the Orange County trust and estate bar. He was an 18-year veteran attorney I first met him in 1975, and I've thereafter consulted with him in difficult probate and trust litigation matters. Harry has long been a fellow of the Academy of Trust and Estate Counsel and a certified specialist in probate, estate planning and trust law. Even after 52 years in this arena, he still participates regularly in study groups and I continue to find him researching in the county law library. His enthusiasm for his work is contagious. I wholeheartedly endorse Harry Westover as an expert witness, mediator, consultant or co-counsel in trust and estate cases.
