I had a terrible experience with this mediator. He handled my divorce mediation in 2011. He is in it solely to whip out as many agreements as he can by zoning in on the weakest of the 2 partners and siding with the strongest. He did a terrible job with my settlement which has taken me 1 1/2 years of ...litigation to try to undo and I'm still in the process. This mediator is neither fair nor is he impartial and he is very unproffesional. He is not above yelling at you to get you to do what he wants. He went as far as to yell at me and tell me that my parents had a responsibility to support me and my kids instead of their father just because my parents were wealthy and my ex did not want to pay child support. Do not waste your time or money with this guy.
