When my father was hit by a doctored/MD who lied multiple times on the police report from speeding (he stated driving 35 and was probably going 40+ in a 25 mph neighborhood) to not getting out of the car & administering first aid as required by law for practicing MDs. The accidental lawyer billboards... are everywhere & after contacting one, realized quickly, their lawyers would win any settlement. Eric got Kaiser to remove 100k in medical bills & covered the other 100k medicare/medicaid didn't while getting as much as he could against the medical doctor that was little & systemic issue with the system (CA protects MDs & Insurance caps are low). Was justice served, NO BUT Eric did better than any other lawyer in Southern CA.
