Scott represented me in a custody issue that was not in my favor. He is extremely hard working, but the best thing about Scott is that he is brutally realistic. He is not the lawyer who will blow smoke up your rear and drain your funds. His number one goal is to reach an agreement or resolution that is fair to the child. While his honesty wasn't always what I wanted to hear, I appreciated his candor. In the end, we reached a fair agreement and I was granted more than I had anticipated. Scott is a great lawyer. He always responded to me in a timely manner and I will definitely turn to him in the future should the need arise.

After 17 years of marriage, I was not planning on a scorched earth court battle. My wife and I had everything worked out with our lawyers so we settled on custody, child support, the house and all the accounts. We just could not agree on spousal support, and she filed for a trial and felt like I failed my goal. Scott worked with me and we had it all lined up for the hearing. It took a day in court and the Judge came down right where I was offering. We settled what we could fairly, and I feel the court was fair on what we could not settle.

Scott represented me when I was getting divorced and now with my ex bringing me to court to change some orders. We tried to settle, but my ex refused. Well, Scott covered the bases and court went so well. Thank you.
