My grandfather was an attorney and my father was an attorney and then became a Judge in Seattle for nearly 30 years. When he passed away in 2003, King County re-named the courthouse the Robert A. Wacker Memorial building.
I was an avid soccer player growing up in Seattle and received a scholarship for my undergraduate education in San Diego where I was Team Captain my last year and the team was ranked in the top 10 in the country.
