Positive and effective attorney

Melissa Duchene and her entire team are the best! She was able to accomplish so much so fast. My favorite attribute of hers, besides being an excellent criminal defense attorney, is the kindness and positivity she brought to all our interactions. I can't thank you enough Melissa!!!

Competent and easy to work with

Melissa and her entire team is very comforting and reassuring to interact with. She is a great professional license lawyer that really helped me navigating a sticky situation. Melissa is very confident and competent, without exhibiting any ego or pomp. I found her to be focused and strategic when ...resolving a medical license matter as efficiently and favorably as possible. She gave me her cell phone and was available whenever needed and is a very good communicator. I have had experience with several types of lawyers over the years, and Chudnovsky Law attorneys represent a high level of competence and professionalism. I found Melissa Duchene to be an excellent lawyer

I found Melissa Duchene to be an excellent lawyer for nurse license matters. She was always very responsive and knew the Nursing Board investigator assigned to my case. I felt that she represented me professionally at every stage and I have the highest regard for her abilities and knowledge. In my ca...se, she almost acted like a therapist for me sometimes, helping me deal with the copious stress I was feeling dealing with the BRN. I can highly recommend her for license issues.

She saved my license

Melissa was so helpful after I made a horrible mistake that put my license in jeopardy. I spoke to so many attorneys and and she was the only one who gave me the confidence to defend myself. I am so glad I did. She did not back down, she took my case to hearing, and after a great defense, the judge a...greed I should keep it! Thank you!
