I contacted his office and his paralegal met me at a Starbucks to pick up a $2000.00 retainer fee. (First red flag) Then Mr. Zwick called and explained he would help right away. 2 days before my trust sale he was nowhere to be found. No retainer agreement was signed. I never went to his office. He had no answering service. He would not respond to emails. I had to hire another attorney to save my home from foreclosure. He refused to give me my $2000.00 back, stating that we had numerous phone conversations that exhausted that fee however the phone calls where only talking about himself. He said I was extorting him trying to get my money back.

I filed a complaint against the lender In Pro Per and after visiting another attorney in Los Angeles who took my case and didn't do anything for a month, a frien of mine referred me to Attorney Kenneth Zwick who was like an angel sent y God and saved my case.
He cares about his clients as much as his cases.

I went to seen many attorneys before meeting Attorney Zwick. He was very knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated. He listen carefully to what I needed to say and then went to court to defend our case that was about to get thrown out of court and won a TRO and we are still in our home.
God bless him!
