Best catastrophic injury Workers Comp Attoney

I have been a client of Bentley and More for 7 years now. They have been a true blessing to me since my workers compensation accident in 2012. I suffered an amputation at work which left me and my family in limbo and worried about our future. I was referred to Keith More from another highly respec...ted attorney that told me about how Mr. More was one of the best and most respected workers compensation attorneys in California. This was evident when I noticed all the awards and titles he had received when we first meet. He set me up with the resources and all the best doctors to handle my catastrophic case. After a couple of years into my recovery I started to have problems with denials for treatment by the insurance company. Mr. More diligently resolved the denials by challenging the insurance company in appeals court, and won every decision! Not only did I receive the treatment I needed but was also referred to the best doctors and specialists in Southern California. The insurance company always wanted to send me to their in-house doctors that were overbooked and didn't spend the time to address your true concerns. Their office was in constant communication with me to give me updates and to check on my health and well being. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and even assigned me a personal work case manager that would meet me at the doctors' appointments to make sure I received the best care. When speaking with other patients about their workers compensation cases similar to mine, I found out that they typically always had experienced poor communication and were constantly denied much-needed services and prescriptions. Mr. More fought to get me the best and most advanced prosthetics on the market and procured a lifetime of medical benefits so I will never have to worry about my future. If not for Mr. More and his amazing staff I would be suffering the typical fates and failures the are so common amongst the workers compensation industry.

Keith More will fight for you!!

I was in a very serious serious car accident in which I was rear ended by a semi truck. Mr More handled my personal injury case. He and his team of attorneys and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They always kept me updated with my case and were there to answer any questions I had. I cannot ...thank them enough!

Best of the Best

I went to this attorney because my lawyer was not doing his job. Part of what is needed is communication between attorney and client. I had no such communication. Moreover, Attorney More showed me areas where I could be receiving compensation for my injury. My old attorney would not even respond to m...e, let alone provide information on services available. You will notice some things quite special about Attorney Keith More. First, he is focused on you , the client. Second, he is brilliant. Third, Attorney More knows the areas of law in which he works inside out. Compared with the old attorney, I felt I had gone from getting reluctant help from a law clerk to outstanding representation from one of the very top lawyers in the country. I was more than impressed with my experience and with this attorney !!!

Professional Diligence

I first contacted Keith almost 3 years ago after a slip and fall at a store. He ushered me into his office and was so kind and respectful of my aches and pains. He immediately took photos of my injuries which I had failed to do and recommended that I see my doctor and also have x-rays to find out if ...any bones were broken. We, at first thought it would be simple case to resolve and he began to make notes and keep records. But when my body organs started to react badly to my pain and stress and I finally needed 11 surgeries to repair the damage done, Keith decided my simple case needed much more attention than originally planned. His decisions and expertise seemed tireless. I was kept apprised of all actions, and with my approval put together a winning case. Keith's diligence and effort is appreciated by my family and I would, and already have recommended his firm to others.
