Julia Simmons helped put me on the right track. She was aggressive and skilled. She kept me out of prison on my 3rd Dui. The case carried 7 other charges with it. Thank you Aspen Law Group.

I contacted Julia through the internet when I had some serious problems with my driving record and was about to lose my license. She was very professional and explained all the potential outcomes in detail. She was able to help me keep my license and I'm very happy with all her advise and the final outcome on my case. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an attorney for driving issues.

I was referred to Julia by a contact of mine and was pleased with the results and ease of the case, being my second DUI. I had 2.9 blood alcohol from when they drew my blood in the hospital.... long story. I don't remember anything. But glad it is behind me without the assault charge and no jail and 3 month classes only. I appreciate the convenient, discrete nature and investigative approach to help my case. Being a small business owner and single parent I was glad I didn't skip a beat. Thank you!!!

I Was on my 3rd DUI back in 2013 a very frighting time for me since my life was on the line; However, she was very helpful and very informative about my case, she clearly laid out all my options to me, and she was able to get the results I wanted. Very Satisfied
Thank you so much!

Where do I start? When I first contacted Julia, she was straight to the point. No sugar coding BS. She told me the truth, and she also explained my charges for what they really were. Out of all of the lawyers that I contacted, she presented her self as the most confident. That was what I needed in my current situation. Long story short, I have 3 DUI'S and I automatically assumed that I was headed to prison. I just knew the Law was not on my side! Considering what I could have received, I thank the man above for sending me this bad ass lawyer. I was looking at, at least 1 year in jail and i received 6 months in residential treatment and 5 yrs informal probation. The crazy thing is, I had received my first DUI when I was a minor and the Judicial System counted my initial DUI and had me under a habitual offender, "FOUR DUI'S"! Julia is extremely assertive, and to some she may appear too confident or aggressive, but don't mind that, focus on the important issue at hand, the fact that you can be looking at some serious time! Remember, she's a lawyer, not a therapist. She's not there to hold your hand, or stroke your ego. My advice is, "DO EVERYTHING THAT SHE ASK". If you follow her command, she can make it happen for you. If you don't, well that's your bad. I recommend Julia because she fought hard and she exceeded my expectations. Julia and her team mad the impossible, possible. Just and FYI, all of my DUI'S were back to back. I had 4, including the minor offense in a 6 year span. All of the lawyers I spoke to sounded as though I had no chance what so ever. i'm 24 btw. I say this to say, HIRE JULIA, she'll save you ass!

I'm not very good at this rating thing and rarely do I take the time to do so but when you deal with someone as exceptional as Ms Simmons has to be noted
My case looked hopeless with multiple DUIS
In a couple counties, I didn't know where to turn, then my wife found Julia and when she took my cases, she somehow kept me out of jail and even got me help with my substance abuse, which just goes to show that she is not only about the job there's a genuine care for the people she helps and our entire family appreciates her and her hard work
I know I've been a handful Julia thanks for hanging in there

When I called Julia I did not know what to expect. I was being charged with my foruth DUI facing prison time and a felony conviction. Julia did not sweet talk me like other attorneys to hype my hopes and follow through with little results. Instead she told me, "this is what it is, this is what is going to happen and this is what I can do." There was something inside me that snapped when she told me this and I knew right away she was the real deal. She kept me out of prison, made a deal to reduce my felony to a misdemeanor and somehow finds the patience to still deal with me. I am eternally greatful for the second chance she has fought for me to have. If you want real, aggressive and quality representation that brings real reults, then look no further. I would be doing a huge disservice to everyone charged with a DUI if I did not tell you from personal experience to hire Julia Simmons!

Impressive, confident and aggressive... those are qualities you look for in a lawyer (one on your side at least). Those are the thing she brought to the table. I had no idea she and Aspen Law Group had these talents so suffice it to say, I was impressed. I called for a consultation and I liked the energy she had compared to the rest of the lawyers and groups I had contacted in regards to my case. She and her colleagues did their due diligence and got my cased dismissed. What more can I say? Great people that understand how the law works. That's all you need. I hope they go on to great things and by her record and that of the Aspen Law Group, I have no doubt they will.
Thanks Julia, Johnathan and all of the Aspen Law Group.

Ms. Simmons took on my case about a year ago for my DUI. She was able to file a motion in court that they had never seen before. MS. Simmons never gave on me and my case and through her dedication and hard work she was able to get it dismissed by the court and have me on a 36 month diversion program. I am so greatly thankful that I chose to hire her any other lawyer would have just handled this case like any other DUI case. Her staff may come off a bit forward but trust me it is all for the better of the case and the client. Through Ms. Simmons selfless dedication to her clients she was able to find a reasonable resolution to my case.

I spoke with Julia over the phone two days ago, in search of help with my DUI case and my appeal for a critical needs license. I'd already applied for one and was denied, so I wanted to hire a lawyer who specialized in this field to help me fill out a second application in attempt to re-submit it to the DMV Mandatory Actions Unit. After hearing my case, Julia was honest with me and explained that she wasn't comfortable taking my case, which would have totaled to nearly a grand just for helping with an application. But she did spend half an hour going through what she thought might give me the best shot at getting my license despite my being denied once already. She sincerely cared enough to reject my money, and still gave me valuable legal advice -- that I do hope will benefit my case. It's difficult to find honest lawyers that truly look out for your best interest, but from my brief conversation with Ms. Simmons, I know that she would probably be the one I'd hire if needed.
