Attorney Jessica B. Cha is a State Bar of California Certified Family Law Specialist and is licensed to practice law in California, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Jessica is a passionate litigator, vigorously representing her clients on matters of child custody/visitation, child support, spousal support and division of assets/debts. Having gone through the divorce process herself, Jessica has a unique sensitivity to what her clients are going through.
Jessica’s family law practice also includes representing clients whose children were abducted to and from the United States and another count by their spouse or partner. She has an intimate knowledge of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and has even traveled abroad to advocate in front of foreign judiciaries and officials.
Jessica has been involved in several high profile cases including a case involving switched bodies at the Rose Hills Mortuary and a $10.2 Million jury verdict for the wrongful death of a developmentally disabled minor at a nursing home. Jessica has received numerous accolades for her work including Top Verdict 2015 (Top 50 in CA) and Lawyers of Distinction 2017 for Family & Divorce.
When she is not vigorously representing clients, Jessica enjoys playing with her dogs, and spending time with family and friends.
