Great attorney to retain in a personal injury litigation

Retained Attorney Bergener to handle my complex personal injury case when I determined my extensive insurance knowledge was not enough to deal with insurance companies who were just out there without my own personal interests in mind. They were so sweet to give me a call even on Sunday by Mr.Ian McTaggart however they usually don't handle cases with property damage he gave the most comprehensive on how to withstand my right against an aggressive and pushy insurance company.

Wow, finally a lawyer that has a plan. Simple and well-staffed operation. They executed my case within a timely manner and were able to get money that was within my insurance coverages but the insurance company was not willing to part with. I was assigned an attorney and a caseworker. Both were avail...able anytime I needed them and all the appointments were set up around my availability. Sweet James stepped in to close the case when there was pushback from the insurance company. Simply put, this is a well-oiled machine. Will use them again.
