About me

Cambria Lisonbee has devoted her legal practice to defending California residents charged with criminal offenses. Protecting her clients’ rights and securing the best outcome possible are her key passions. Having worked under some of Orange County’s top criminal defense attorneys before striking out on her own, Ms. Lisonbee knows and understands the anxiety, the fear, and the confusion that clients who are charged with criminal offenses often experience. In the several years since opening her own criminal defense law firm in Newport Beach, she has represented clients charged with low-level misdemeanor crimes as well as those facing serious felony charges. Ms. Lisonbee is comfortable both in and out of the courtroom and is willing to take her clients’ cases to trial if doing so will secure the best result possible for her clients.

Ms. Lisonbee is not only a powerful and effective advocate: she is a compassionate and caring counselor. She ensures that her clients understand the criminal justice system and each proceeding that must take place. She communicates effectively with her clients, partnering with them to craft a unique and personalized case strategy designed to achieve her clients’ objectives as quickly and effectively as possible.

Attorney Cambria Lisonbee is a 2003 graduate of Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, California. She obtained her law degree from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, in 2009. While attending WSU, Ms. Lisonbee was named to the Dean’s Circle for two semesters and awarded the WSU Merit Scholarship. Beginning in 2007, Ms. Lisonbee worked as a law clerk for prominent Newport Beach Criminal Defense Attorney Kate Corrigan. She also worked for the WSU Legal Clinic helping clients with family law matters. In addition to being a solo practitioner, Ms. Lisonbee also does contract work with the Newport Beach law firm of Corrigan, Welbourn & Stokke, APLC where she appears in court with clients, assists in federal complex criminal cases, and assists attorneys in preparing for trial.
