I have had the same experience as these other reviews. Colin tales a big story of what he can do for you for the initial $ 5,000.00 retainer and will entertain a contingency agreement for further litigation. ZI meet him through Legal Match. he said I had a good case. he was in such a hurry to get my retainer he sent a messenger to my house. Three months later he has yet to present me wit the retainer agreement and he has done no work om my cae nr filed suit on my behalf.
He does not return my phne calls left with his secretary and does not return e-mails. I will give him until the end of the year and then I will file a formal complaint wit hth California Bar.

I've never been more disappointed. We've had three prior cases with this attorney resolved favorably in a quick and professional manner. This time, Colin cashed my check in January and nothing else. There is no case filed, and there is no Colin. He won't return phone calls or e-mails. I'm demanding a refund, and looking for another attorney.

Colin Swainston doesn't return calls, email, and I have yet to receive a itemized bill from him. He takes advantage of people, especially if they don't have tons of money. He knows how to talk a great deal and make it sound like he'll fight for you, but once he gets your money thats it- you're screwed.
