In addition to being a lawyer, I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker,   the former General Counsel for RE/MAX of California and Hawaii, Inc, and have served as the west coast Regulatory Joint Venture Legal liason for one of the largest title insurance corporations and as an officer for a  Real Estate Brokerage, Property Managment Company, and a General Building Contractor.


Our multi-state insurance practice is focused on licesning and regulatory compliance.


We have special expertise in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, REO 's, Real Estate Brokerage, Mortgage, Escrow and Title Insurance, Real Estate Franchise Operations, Renewals, and Disputes, RESPA compliance, Regulatory Compliance and Licensing Issues, Contractors,  Mechanics Liens, Code enforcement, HOA Compliance and Disputes.
