Deciding on what attorney to use is the toughest and most important decision you'll ever make. John Bledsoe is the greatest attorney. He took care of my legal problems from start to finish. I was in the middle of a very contentious divorce that had been going on for over a year and was not happy with the counsel that I had at the time. My ex had always said that he would bury me in legal fees if we ever split up and he was out to hurt and destroy me. My ex had a top-notch attorney t...hat completely overshadowed my counsel at the time.. We had an arbitration meeting where my previous counsel was berated by my ex and opposing counsel and I knew I had to make a change. I wanted an attorney that I could trust and that would be able to stand up to my ex's counsel and I was referred to John Bledsoe. I met with John and although he was kind, considerate and understanding he was also strong and had a strong presence. When I asked him "Can you stand up to opposing counsel?" he said without hesitation "absolutely". We were facing trial within 60 days and John geared up and was ready. John made himself available to me by phone, text, and email and was always responsive in getting back to me. Although trial was actually continued, as they almost always are, John worked with me to address numerous matters pertaining to the case including spousal support, attorney fees, disposition of the family residence which included Watts reimbursements, pension, drop program, Deferred Comp, sick pay accumulated, Gilmore reimbursements, and personal property that had to be divided. We knew this would ultimately end up in trial and so we prepared for that. Halfway through the trial we were ahead on almost every point and my ex was ripped apart by John and the judge. It was obvious in the court that John was much more prepared than opposing counsel. The judge asked us to go out of the courtroom and negotiate the remaining issues. Opposing counsel and my ex were much more amicable to a settlement. We settled and my life is finally back to normal. John lived up to his claim that he would be able to stand up to opposing counsel..., he went over and above even what I had expected for him to be able to pull off. Thank you John Bledsoe. John was more like a friend then my counsel and I appreciate everything he did for me.

I cannot say enough good things about John Bledsoe who represented me in two civil actions against a very corrupt HOA who were systemically ousting legitimate senior homeowners from their senior park, taking over and selling the homes , unlawfully laundering all the proceeds from the sales as self ap...pointed board members . John relentlessly took them one by one in courtnperjuring everyone who lied on behalf of the board and won with the trial judge admonishing the Park ATTY's and witnesses as using unclean hands lying witnesses altered evidence to illegally oust disabled seniors. Johns fees were extremely fair and honest. He even included another abused and indigent, senior lady in my suit winning justice for both of us without demanding unfair fees. I got an advertisement in the mail from Mr. Bledsoe. I called his office and they told me to come in for a free consultation. I was already 3 years into my divorce at this point and I was hiring him to wrap things up. John assured me all my problems would be solved by hiring him. Told me everything... I wanted to hear. After that free consultation I hired John. That was the last time I spoke to Mr. Bledsoe. For the next couple months his assistant would shoot me emails letting me know what I had to get him. Never any help or explanation from John about my case. A couple months go by with absolutely nothing getting accomplished other than my retainer being eaten up. We get to my court date and Johns assistant calls me the day before and tells me my retainer is all gone and I will need to give them more money for him to represent me on my court date. I don't believe he had any idea what was even going on in my case. He decided to go to court with me but once we got there all we talked about is how much money I can give him to re-up my retainer. He gave me a pile of documents and told me to see if I can find something:). That's the only case advice I received from him. I had two lawyers during this process. The first was very good, should have called him again. If you want to waste time and a ton of money call John. If you want a lawyer that will put effort and communicate with you during your divorce. Do not call Mr. Bledsoe. *He also billed me for that free consultation so watch for that if you make the mistake.
