Mr. Piscopo is an officer and principal at NICASTRO PISCOPO, A Professional Law Corporation where he practices Immigration and Nationality Law.  He is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as Certified Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law.  Mr. Piscopo is past Chairman of the Orange County Bar Association's Immigration Section and American Immigration Lawyers Association Liaison Officer to the USCIS - Santa ana Office.


Mr. Piscopo and his firm handle a wide variety of immigration matters, including family-bases and employment-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, citizenship and waiver applications and consular processing.  He appears extensively before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (Immigration Court), the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office.  Mr. Piscopo regularly files and has successfully argued before the US Circuit Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit regarding removal and deportation cases.  Mr. Piscopo has personally represented thousands of individuals from over 100 countries in immigration matters before the federal and immigration court and USCIS interviews.


Mr. Piscopo writes extensively in immigration matters, and his articles have appeared in leading Filipino-American and Hispanic publications.  He has also been interviewed on radio and television and in newspapers discussing immigration issues and problems facing immigrants in the United States, and has given numerous seminars on immigration laws.  Some the firm's cases have been chronicled on CNN and Telemundo, and in the Orange County Register and Los Angeles Times.
