I just reached the one year mark since that dreadful DUI. I chose Mr. Tucci because he came highly recommended from a very good friend. From all the attorneys that I met, Mr Tucci was the most transparent and honest, especially with the fees he charged. Since I was being charged with a felony, most a...ttorneys wanted the drastic fees upfront. Tucci was the ONLY one who offered to charge misdemeanor fees because he was confident enough that he could get it down to that, and we agreed that if it ended as a felony case, I would pay the difference later. I was facing up to a year in prison, but Tucci wouldn't take that. He fought for me. It took several court appearances, but he was able to work out a miraculous plea for 90 days of house arrest. Because of him, I was able to save my job that I had been at for 6 years and I did not get a felony. He was so tenacious and determined that even the judge literally told me that I was fortunate to have Tucci as my representation. I cannot thank him enough for what he did to save me and my reputation. One mistake can literally change your life and if you're ever in the same position, you better hire Tucci. Words will never express how thankful I am for him.

My son received 3 serious non- DUI criminal charges that were trumped up. We had actually hired another attorney and realized he was not aggressive enough to aim for a total dismissal. I am eager to share my experience with Mr. Tucci, a wonderful lawyer that I was fortunate to find to assist with my 22 year old son’s DUI incident. When I contacted his office, he agreed to meet with us on short notice and well after normal business hours in order to hear about my son’s situation. ...As soon as I met him, I felt confident that he would get the best resolution possible for my son. Throughout the process, he took care of the proceedings, and communicated with my son and I as to what next steps needed to be accomplished and by when. He really minimized the stress and confusion for us both. When the time came for my son to appear in court, we were nervous because he had three counts against him, one of which was the actual DUI. I am not new to getting in trouble with drinking and driving. In the past I have received very long prison terms and never given the oppurtunity tomaddress my alcohol problem. The bottom line is that I was facing 8 years in prison. 5 years was a enhancement for only being out of prison off less than ...5 years. I went to over a few "top Orange County DUI lawyers" and they all said no way less than 3 years and doing almost all of it. Vincent Tucci did not promise me anymore than he will do his best to help me. Well Tucci not only helped me on my felony dui I am not doing any time and been sentenced to sober living/out patient alcohol treatment. I only wish he handled my other cases that were way less severe than this that I served many many years in prison for. So with a horrible past and facing 8 years in prison Tucci stopped all of it and got me in a treatment program that I need. Tucci did the impossible and I have been represented in the past by "O.C's finest" and they just took my money and said they didn't understand why the D.A. Was being so adamant about prosecuting my cases, basically the typical lawyer bullshit story. Tucci has no story he is real and will embrace your case completely as if he is fighting for himself/family.
