I am not new to getting in trouble with drinking and driving. In the past I have received very long prison terms and never given the oppurtunity tomaddress my alcohol problem. The bottom line is that I was facing 8 years in prison. 5 years was a enhancement for only being out of prison off less than ...5 years. I went to over a few "top Orange County DUI lawyers" and they all said no way less than 3 years and doing almost all of it. Vincent Tucci did not promise me anymore than he will do his best to help me. Well Tucci not only helped me on my felony dui I am not doing any time and been sentenced to sober living/out patient alcohol treatment. I only wish he handled my other cases that were way less severe than this that I served many many years in prison for. So with a horrible past and facing 8 years in prison Tucci stopped all of it and got me in a treatment program that I need. Tucci did the impossible and I have been represented in the past by "O.C's finest" and they just took my money and said they didn't understand why the D.A. Was being so adamant about prosecuting my cases, basically the typical lawyer bullshit story.
