Description: Client sough to create a legacy trust to own an LLC for a family real estate portfolio to enable a generation skipping trust transfer for estate tax savings, and to preserve family control of the real estate through an LLC for generations to come. This also included property tax assessment savings and planning that should benefit and lock in property tax rates through to the grandchildren's lives.
