Was referred to Mr. Hallstrom by the Florida Bar Referral Service. Mr. Hallstrom represented me in regard to a dispute of a partial return of a rental Deposit. Excellent result, I did not have to travel back to the State of Florida for the hearing on this matter,. I had moved out of the state and ...this saved me at least two days time; but, I could of used the break. Ample documentation was supplied to Mr. Hallstrom, (note ample is in the context of a licensed engineer - if we ever want to go to the moon again, it would be much less expensive to just to climb there on the paperwork). Dwelling was video taped prior to move in; and a copy provided to landlord with move in inspection sheet - cut short many claims by landlord. . The ex-landlord did not seem to appreciate Mr. Hallstrom's time, nor the tenants(my) time even after I retained Mr. Hallstrom services. This lack of respect for me or Mr. Hallstrom cost the landlord roughly $2,000 in legal fees paid to Mr. Hallstrom law firm which the landlord could of avoided. 98+% of communication between me and Mr. Hallstrom was by email. Prompt replies, easy to work with.
