Cameron Fernandez is truly one-of-a-kind. He defies all of the lawyer jokes implying lawyers don't have a heart. If anyone entered family law for the right reason, it's Cameron. I'm truly grateful for everything he did for my family when addiction took over and threatened to destroy the wonderful ...life we created. Cameron legally protected me and my children while still advocating for my wishes to try and save the marriage and get my husband the help he needed. It was a long road and I felt that Cameron was fair in cost and by far the best lawyer I have ever worked with (sadly I've been divorced before and have used two other local lawyers). I never felt like he tried to overcharge and he and his staff were always transparent and available when I had questions or concerns. His expertise in divorce, child custody and specifically his extensive experience in dealing with addiction were priceless in my case. He is a brilliant negotiator which was instrumental in my situation. I trust him wholeheartedly and would recommend him to anyone in any family law matter. Cameron was attentive in gathering information for our trial, proved to be well-organized and methodical during preparation, and communicated effectively (in a language we could understand) throughout the duration of our custody battle. His consultation and availability always left us with the sense... that we were in control, and in following his advice, Cameron meticulously ensured our success. I walked into Cameron's office with a huge mess of custody issues. I felt my previous attorneys did not handle my case with my best interests at heart, and even accepted defeat before walking into the court room due to the Judge I had assigned to my case. Cameron is smart, responsive, thorough, honest, fair and diligent. His verbal and written skills are excellent. His documents are concise and exactly on point, and his verbal and written communication with clients, opposing counsel and the court are superb. He thinks logically and is quick on his ...feet mentally speaking. He grasps things quickly, so it doesn't take him long to get up to speed on a new case or issue. His fees were reasonable, and his staff helpful. I would hire him again if my circumstances so required, and I always recommend him highly when the opportunity presents itself to do so.
