My employment discrimination case was aggressively defended. Branigan was instrumental in steering the case through the process, arbitration, depositions and eventually mediation. In the end we received a satisfactory settlement and the mediator made note of the "really well written" brief as being instrumental in the success of the case. We always felt that Branigan was working on our side and I have no hesitations in recommending his services.

Branigan is extremely knowledgeable in the realm of labor and employment law. He has dedicated his practice to strictly this facet of law. It is more than apparent he cares deeply for his clients, and ensures all of their rights are fully protected. He fights the good fight for the individuals who were taken advantage of, and will truly protect your interests. I would highly recommend him for anyone with an employment question or potential case.

After being fired for an unlawful reason, I interviewed a couple of lawyers to see if I had a case and to see who I wanted to represent me. I was referred to Branigan Robertson and after meeting with him for the first time, I knew I wanted to work with him.
He is honest, hard working, prepared, and kind. He tells you exactly what he needs from you. In order for him to do his job to the best of his ability, you must be honest and upfront with him when he is asking you questions.
Branigan was very passionate about my case and worked extremely hard on it for over a year and a half. Any time I called or emailed him, he was always responsive. Not only was he prompt when dealing with the legal aspect of my case, he was also concerned about my personal well-being as my case was an extremely emotional lawsuit.
My case ended up going to trial and we ended up working with Lawrance Bohn who is a great trial lawyer. We won our case and punitive damages were also rewarded.
I highly recommend Branigan Robertson to represent you. He fights hard for what is right. You won’t be disappointed.
