I hired David to represent me in my divorce. David was knowledgeable, professional. and communicated well from the beginning to the end. There were a few times my ex wife and I disagreed about the divorce procedure and without fail the information David had given me was the way it worked. David's sup...port staff are also excellent. I couldn't have asked for better representation during a difficult time.

I retained the services of Castle & Monarch after going through 2 other lawyers. They came highly recommended from a co worker. Upon my first meeting with David I was completely set at ease. David was a "real" person not using any lawyer lingo and just spoke to me as if we had been friends for years.... My divorce had been "settled" from a previous attorney that left some things ambiguous that needed to be ironed out and my ex was taking me back to court. This happened 6 years after the original separation and we now had a completely different judge who didn't receive our original settlement. Needless to say everything need to be spelled out to the new judge before we could proceed and new information was requested by the new judge. There were NUMEROUS continuances needed by my ex, and some offered up by the judge for no apparent reason. David continued to fight for my rights in the courtroom while keeping my costs down as much as possible given this situation. His persistence and knowledge paid off in the end. I always felt David was guiding me through the process, providing good advice and doing what was best for me. I would recommend David to anyone who is need of a great divorce/attorney. David and the entire office staff are top notch!!

You can STOP reading the reviews and just hire this attorney. As a father with 1 child, David Monarch is one of the best attorneys in Orange County. I have had my share of attorneys to represent me and he has done nothing but work hard during my divorce. He has done a phenomenal job at helping me u...nderstand my rights as a father. I met David Monarch, after being in and out of court for the past 7 years with a previous attorney (fighting for the custody of my daughter). He went above and beyond the responsibilities of my attorney and made me feel like I was being represented by a friend who truly cared about the well-being of... my 9 year old daughter. Being a father and in court for custody is already an uphill battle, and I truly would not be where I am at today without him. David and his (entire staff) always took my calls and returned my emails very promptly. It is only with his help, that I was finally able to gain full custody of my daughter, which I have no doubt, saved her life.
