Christy filed EAD for my wife. Setting up appointment with her was easy. She instructed use to bring documents and was able to review them the same day. My wife received her EAD within 2 weeks!!! We are very thankful she helped us.

I was working on my citizenship and was in a state of anxiety because I felt that my attorney was not properly managing my case. I reached out to Christy and she accepted to handle my immigration project. Christy was so incredibly thorough in absolutely everything she did that I immediately starting to feel that things were under control again. Her precision and patience are unique and but what I noticed most is her quiet kindness. While my other attorney just wanted to get off the phone, Christy took the time to explain everything in detail until I understood it all. It even felt as if she enjoyed doing it. The good work paid off and I obtained my US citizenship. She then worked on the case of my wife and children. Same thing, superb attention to every single detail. She knows how the system works and what is important. As the CEO of a software company, I thought that I was obsessive compulsive but I found in her my master. The result: my wife and children received their green cards in the mail today. My family is indebted to her for this outcome. I could not possibly recommend her more strongly to anyone who needs assistance with immigration.
As a side note: In the mockup green card interviews Christy did with us, my 9 year old daughter was looking a Christy with goggle eyes, I could see her thinking 'I want to be like her when I grow up', and I wish she does.

Christie Han Mohan is a great assest to have on your side when trying to navigate the whole immigration process. My wife was is need a of green card for residence and was here on a expired visa prior to our marriage. We lucked out by finding Christy online. she was at the top of the google list and we took a chance and it was the best decision ever! She provided a complete turn key service when it came to educating my wife and I on the green card process and she was especially good with my wife who's English was not the best at the time. Christy shoed a lot of experience knowledge and compassion for our particular situation. She was very good at making my wife feel comfortable with the process.
She was always very prompt with paper work, follow-ups to the us and the immigration office and may the process very seamless throughout.
I would recommend Christy for anyone going through the immigration process whether for residency or citizenship.

I came to Christy after reading some of the reviews people left her on Avvo. The reason that I needed an immigration lawyer was that my previous attorney, who was working on my green card case, vanished with my money and came to find out later that he never even filed my petition as he promised.
I contacted Christy first via phone and it was really easy to get hold of her, I explained my situation to her and she was very comforting, and she gave me very sound advice on what I should do to keep my status legal in the states, and how to proceed after that.
Christy also helped me obtain my green card, she made going through the process of filling out the applications and submitting them really simple, where we were able to do most of the application via email and the internet. Christy also put together my case very strongly leaving no holes in my story, she also prepped me and my wife very well for the interview, she gave a sample of all the questions that they could ask us, she also went with us to the interview and supported us throughout the whole process. She made the whole experience seem very enjoyable.
If you're in need of a good immigration lawyer, Christy is the one. She's very knowledgeable, experienced and always keeping with the latest laws and rules. I can't recommend strongly enough. She's the best.

We were extremely fortunate to have Christy by our side to help us navigate through every step of the confusing and convoluted process of getting a K-1 Fiancée Visa for my wife who was located in Vietnam at the time.
It was pure chance that I found Christy during an online search for immigration attorneys. I read all the great reviews, and although she was located in southern California, and I was in Washington, after our first conversation over the phone, I knew she was the attorney for us because she was an extremely warm, positive, easy going person who really enjoys her work and helping her clients meet their objectives. When we actually met, I thought I was catching up with an old friend over a Sushi lunch. One thing that you’ll find out about Christy is that she truly cares about her clients, and she’s extremely good at what she does.
With her expertise and years of experience in this field, she took the time to break down this complicated process into simple terms so that we could understand what’s going on. The more we understood, the less stress and anxiety we felt. She walked us through every step, and always provided us with a realistic assessment of our case to set the right expectations. She was always on top of things, especially all the filing deadlines, and never missed a beat. She’s a great a communicator, and always let us know what the status of the case is even before we asked. She was very easy to get ahold of whenever we had any questions, and was always happy to hear from us even if wasn’t specifically related to the case.
She was truly a great partner in this process, and an amazing person to have in your corner. She really cared, and made the whole process go pretty quickly and smoothly. When we finally got the Visa, she as excited and happy as we were! Christy has now become part of our family, and we’re so very fortunate.
If anyone would like speak to us more about our experience with Christy, please free to reach out to Christy for our contact information.

I was filing a petition to get my mom a green card. I did the paperwork myself so that mom could get an interview at the US Consulate. After two years -- there was still no approval. Instead, NVC sent me 5 checklists and the case dragged on. It was like a black hole.
I decided to hire Christy to help me with the case. Once I hired her, she started on the case immediately and she got the US Consulate to accept the green card case in 3 weeks!! The Consulate quickly got the file from the NVC, set up mom's green card interview at the Consulate, and my mom's green card was quickly approved. My mom is now here in the USA with her green card. Christy helped make this happen.

I was glad to have Christy as my attorney for an immediate-relative petition case. She is very thorough and knowledgeable on immigration laws. She makes sure that she understands every single details of the case. Before I met Christy, I was so panic for my case when we got denied for the immigrant visa. Our case was not officially denied, but it required further investigation. This could take forever to get a visa. After I met Christy, she explained everything and helped us go through some paperworks. We finally got the visa after 4 months, which is unbelievable and super fast for a denied case. Until now, I still feel grateful to her. She is excellent on what she is doing. I understand the feeling when petition case being investigated by the Consulate. I could say it was a harsh time in my life. However, I met the right person, Christy, helped us out through all difficulties. If you are searching for help from an immigration attorney, Christy is the one.

When my husband and I decided to start the process of getting my Green Card, everything seemed so complicated. We tried to do it ourselves at first but our attempt failed; there were too many documents to file and we didn't even know the proper way to do it!
From the moment Christy started working with us, everything started to move forward. Our case seemed to be a difficult one but everything went really smoothly and I got my Green Card last week in the mail (2,5 months after filing for Adjust of Status)!!
My husband and I are really happy with her job, she is caring, efficient, profesional and, above all, she has a good heart. Without a doubt, choosing her was the best choice we made!
