Trust issues with siblings can be so difficult, especially after the lose of a beloved parent. When served with a lawsuit, I really didn't know where to turn or who to trust. I was very pleased with the hard work and dedication Gian put forth on my case. Her priority was to protect my interests, while she successfully negotiated a fair settlement agreement prior to mediation and trial, thus saving me thousands of dollars in court costs. Her communication skills were excellent and she was a consummate professional! I would strongly recommend Gian. THANK YOU GIAN!

Ms Montoya was extremely informative and friendly. She was always certain to keep me informed of my case status and what to expect during our litigation. I would highly recommend Ms. Montoya to anyone in need of exceptional legal help.

I have worked with Gian for going on one year now. She thinks creatively and always puts her clients' interests first. There are few good attorneys out there who are striving for ultimate greatness...Mrs. Gian Nicole Ducic-Montoya is one of them.
