This lawyer cheated me very bad. I paid him in full and he never did what he told me he was going to do. The mother of my child filed for a name change and I objected and did all the correct procedures. Mr Maline said he sub hired another lawyer to reschedule the case which did not happen at all. The... lawyer represented me which I never even got informed to the case, no email, no papers served everything done behind my back. The decision was granted to the name change do to the lawyer who represented me. Mr maline refuses to give me the information of the person who represented me. He completely ignores me nor will he give any info on my case. I have all evedince and communication of everything and I am seeking justice.

I had a bogus charge that an officer filed against me and while it ended up being monetarily costly, the end result was that I was not convicted of it. I can not say if the outcome would have been the same or not if I had an appointed public defender, which is why I trusted Mr. Maline to represent me... and he was able to do a great job and have the issue squashed and dismissed..so now that cop can go f.o. and play detective with someone else (to put it mildly).

Hired for criminal defence paid him and many weeks later nothing gained I couldn't of obtained ony own.I also had traffic issues that he was hired to appear on ,instead a legal aid was sent that couldn't do anything .Pre-trial nothin happened except them finding stuff to go forward,then a big You got...ta pay me another amount of money for trial readiness?or find another .. What have u been doing all this time before.if u know what mandatory minimum is then save your money cause u can stand alone for free..
