When I open my case I felt like the underdog.
Hearing other fathers cases even close friends of mine who's gone through divorce and child custody battles had gotten the short end of the stick. But my attorney Mr. Tash Haq explained to me how the judge on my case understood my father's rights and would more than likely give me a fair hearing.
I knew this was not going to be an easy battle. My Ex wife did not want to agree to anything and even went as far as saying I was not educated enough, she represented herself the whole time until the day of our hearing. She surprised me when she had an attorney representing her that morning, No matter my attorney mr. Haq was a few steps ahead. He knew by asking for more that we would more likely get what I truly wanted.
Thanks to Mr Haq's aggressive and strategic planning me and my kids are going to be spending a lot more time together.

Before I met with Tash, I was trying to do things on my own with my custody case. When I met with Tash he was very clear in his strategic plan and direction in the way he wanted to defend my custody case. He was always calm and collected even under the frustrating situations he was sometimes put in. With all the experience and knowledge that he has with family law, he was able to get me a fair custody order with my son. I know that we will go in thinking that because we’re asking for what we want then we should be able to get it, however, I learned that the law doesn’t work that way and there are certain things that are just out of our control. It’s unrealistic to think that you should get “everything” that you’re asking for. But that is/was one of the best things about Tash. He could take what I was wanting (everything) and break in down to a realistic level of understanding as to what is most likely to be able to be done with a best case worse case scenario and was very sympathetic to me and the circumstances I was in. It’s selfish on our part to think we should get EXACTLY what we want. I was being selfish at first but with the expertise and guidance from Tash I could see what truly would be in the best interests of my son. And even though I didn’t get exactly what I wanted, I got more than my ex was willing to give and knowing that made what I did get that much more satisfactory! Because of his diligent and aggressive work, I am now able to have the time that I want and can spend the holiday season(s) with my son. Thanks Tash for all your help and hard work. If you’re wanting an aggressive attorney who knows how to build a solid strategic plan on your behalf then I would highly recommend HAQ Law Firm to represent you as you will be satisfied in the quality of work he provides.

I hired Tash to represent me in my restraining order case. Tash was very helpful and informative throughout the whole proceedings as he explained everything in great detail from billing explanation to what to expect throughout the entire court hearings. He helped me form a defense to the restraining order my significant other filed against me, and created a strategy so that I would not have to pay much in support, nor have a restraining order on me. His advice on what I needed to do in order to prepare was very helpful. He has been a true professional as well as his entire law firm and I appreciate what he has done to help me out. If you need help with a restraining order case, I would suggest that you contact the Haq law firm and speak to Tash and see what your options are. Your case may not be as simple or complicated as mine, but you still should find out what Tash has to say before you decide to either hire or not hire an attorney. He did an amazing job in my case, and I do not hesitate to write this about him or his firm.
