I hired Tash 2017 based upon the good reviews on here. It sounded very good so I went ahead. His job was to represent me on a child custody case. I can tell you that they did their job, filling out and filing paperwork, emails and phone calls. I didn't feel like dealing with court jargon for it is very time consuming so it felt it was best that an "experienced" law firm take care of that. Yes they did their job and that is very clear but the issue here is that the retainer of $3,500 for 3 short court appearances, paper work, some emails and a few phone calls and not even having shared custody of my child was an expensive mistake. My ex did not have an attorney and yet he was awarded sole custody of my child. At least I got visitation and I'm happy I get to see my child. It was embarrassing to be there with an attorney and being defeated that way. I'm still trying to recover from the disappointment and shock. I guess when the attorneys have a $60,000+ car to pay they really gotta make that money. They'll only "care" about your children and your case if you're willing to keep them for appeals and a long and expensive court case. I wish I would have studied court jargon and done everything myself and I probably would still have gotten the visitation I have now and I would still have the $3,500. Tash should have charged me half. Hire at your own risk and don't put all your trust even if you have favorable factors on your side. Be prepared to get your heart broken. Just in case.

When I came to Tash, I was in need of someone that I knew was going to give me results, and he did just that. I had been fighting a child custody case with the father of my daughter for about 3-4 years. The entire time, I have been doing it on my own and each time feeling like I wasn’t getting anywhere, even with proof of my daughter not being cared for properly in her father’s care, I felt like I wasn’t being heard. I needed to do everything I could to protect my daughter, and this is when I found Tash. I read his reviews and after meeting him, I felt confident we had a strong case. With Tash’s help, I was able to obtain a video and capture her emotions of how she felt about the possibility of being with her father, and she was very frantic, and terrified at the thought of seeing him. On our hearing date on June 14th, 2017, I was granted a drug test for my ex and a continuance for the results. I won my case, I was granted sole physical/legal custody, and he was given supervised visitations with a professional. That was it, I was given a sense of peace. After 6 months of not seeing her father, my daughter still has nightmares, but now I’m hoping that knowing this and with therapy that she will be more at ease. I want to thank Tash and his staff, you, Gina and Derrick have been so helpful to me and I appreciate everything you guys have done for my case. I can finally live a little bit more at ease. Having Tash by my side, I knew that it is not always the case that the judge would take my case, and that kind of expectation, should not be expected from any attorney. But Tash was ready, prepared, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs an aggressive child custody attorney in Riverside or San Bernardino, or has a high conflict divorce or family law case.

When I open my case I felt like the underdog.
Hearing other fathers cases even close friends of mine who's gone through divorce and child custody battles had gotten the short end of the stick. But my attorney Mr. Tash Haq explained to me how the judge on my case understood my father's rights and would more than likely give me a fair hearing.
I knew this was not going to be an easy battle. My Ex wife did not want to agree to anything and even went as far as saying I was not educated enough, she represented herself the whole time until the day of our hearing. She surprised me when she had an attorney representing her that morning, No matter my attorney mr. Haq was a few steps ahead. He knew by asking for more that we would more likely get what I truly wanted.
Thanks to Mr Haq's aggressive and strategic planning me and my kids are going to be spending a lot more time together.
