This lawyer promised me relocation assistance through the federal government for short-selling my home. I fell behind on payments due to a work injury, and made the mistake of trusting this person to help me. When my house sold, he told me I would be getting no relocation assistance. It is my opin...ion that he lied to me to get me to sell my home so he and his associates could make money off of my misfortune. I got nothing, and lost the home I had for 9 years. I could have gotten a loan modification, but this lawyer convinced me that it would be better to sell. The only one it was better for was HIM, not me.

I recently hired De Novo Law Firm for some legal matters and have to say that Ben (the lead attorney) handled my case professionally and effectively. The only occasional drawback was that he is busy and sometimes took a little extra nudging until he returned my email/call etc. But other then that, he... always answered my questions clearly and helped a great deal.
