WHAT HE DOES IS FILE FAKE BANKRUPTCY PETITIONS – WHICH IS A CRIME! MY FAMILY WATCHED OUR HOUSE SOLD AT A...UCTION BECAUSE JOHN VARGAS FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR HEARINGS WITH THE LENDER. HE NEVER SHOWS UP TO HEARINGS, HE LIES ABOUT HIS WHEREABOUTS AND HE ALMOST NEVER EVER RETURNS YOUR PHONE CALL AFTER HE TAKES YOUR MONEY. FROM OCTOBER 2012 THROUGH MARCH 2013, VARGAS FILED A SERIES OF FAKE BANKRUPTCIES AND EVEN FORGED SIGNATURES ON DOCUMENTS. THEN, ON FEBRUARY 12, 2013, JOHN VARGAS WAS SUSPENDED BY THE BANKRUPTCY COURT. HE DIDN'T BOTHER TELLING US HE WAS SUSPENDED AND EVEN KEPT ADVERTISING FOR HIS FAKE BANKRUPTCY SCHEME FOR ANOTHER 30 DAYS. JOHN VARGAS IS AN ATTORNEY YOU SHOULD AVOID IF YOUR LIFE IS EVEN REMOTELY IMPORTANT TO YOU. WE WATCHED OUR HOME SOLD BECAUSE JOHN VARGAS NEVER SHOWED UP FOR ANY HEARINGS! HE EVEN USED A FAKE EMAIL ADDRESS WITH THE BANKRUPTCY COURT SO THAT HE WOULD NEVER GET NOTICE OF DOCUMENTS HE NEEDED TO FILE IN OUR CASE. NOT ONLY DID THE COURT DISMISS THE BANKRUPTCY, BUT EVEN SANCTIONED JOHN VARGAS AND SUSPENDED HIM FROM PRACTICE. THERE ARE DOZENS OF COMPLAINTS JUST LIKE OURS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT ATTORNEY JOHN VARGAS. HE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS OR ANSWER YOUR EMAILS AND HE WILL LIE TO YOU AND MISS MEETINGS. HE WILL COST YOU YOUR HOME, MONEY AND YOUR FREEDOM. HE WILL NOT REPRESENT YOU COMPETENTLY AFTER HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND STICKS YOUR MONEY IN HIS WIFE’S BANK ACCOUNT. HE HAD TWO CASES OF OURS AND BOTCHED THEM BOTH. ONE OF OUR CASES HE NEVER EVEN FILED AFTER WE GAVE HIM ALL THE MONEY UP FRONT AND WIRED THE MONEY TO HIS WIFE’S BANK ACCOUNT. EVEN HIS DRAFT OF THE CASE HAD HIS OTHER CLIENT’S NAMES AND ISSUES IN IT. THIS GUY IS A TERRIBLE LAWYER THAT STOLE OUR MONEY AND HE WILL SCAM YOU AND YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING YOU VALUE. DO NOT HIRE OR TRUST THIS SCAM LAWYER. JOHN VARGAS OFFERS CHEAP RATES AND NO-CONTRACT FLAT FEES. HE DOES NOT KEEP A TRUST ACCOUNT. HE DEMANDS THAT YOU WIRE MONEY TO HIS WIFE’S BANK ACCOUNT. HE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. HE DOES NOT ACCOUNT FOR YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL SIMPLY LOSE YOUR MONEY, LOSE YOUR CASE, LOSE YOUR HOUSE AND LOSE YOUR SANITY. JOHN VARGAS ALSO PRACTICES CRIMINAL LAW. THAT’S INTERESTING SINCE I GAVE JOHN VARGAS TWO VIDEOS OF BEATINGS AND ASSAULTS ON ONE OF THE VIDEOS IT IS CLEARLY ATTEMPTED MURDER WHERE A GIRL WAS BEATEN UNCONSCIOUS AND THEN WHILE ON THE GROUND ON HER STOMACH AND STRADDLED BY THE ATTACKER, THE UNCONSCIOUS GIRL WAS BEATEN IN THE HEAD AND FACE MORE THAN 60 TIMES FOR A TOTAL OF MORE THAN 104 BLOWS TO THE HEAD WITH HER HEAD BOUNCING OFF THE CONCRETE. ON ANOTHER VIDEO, THE SAME ATTACKER GRABS MY DAUGHTER BY HER HAIR, PUNCHES HER IN THE FACE REPEATEDLY, KICKS HER IN THE STOMACH, THROWS HER ON THE GROUND, AND THEN THE ATTACKER’S WOLF-PACK HOLDS MY DAUGHTER BY THE ARMS WHILE THE ATTACKER PUNCHES HER IN THE FACE MANY TIMES. JOHN VARGAS YOU ARE A P.O.S. AND I HOPE THAT ONE OF YOUR PRIVATE SCHOOL KIDS NEVER HAS THAT HAPPEN TO THEM AND END WITH A SCUMBAG LYING ATTORNEY LIKE YOU. No he sucks,doesnt answer phone call,disappears,told us to meet with him in a remote area and we didnt want to meet there.Got to court and lied about his plan.He never read the documents. In court he did not speak...at al.l,. Literally said NOTHING when the whole court room was waiting for him to say... something. Said papers,confidential papers ,were delivered to his door step and left there. Gave us important papers he had for a week 5 minutes before court.

I hired Mr. John Vargas back in April 2012 to help me with family law. He told me that he would not be able to start paper works unless he has the money on his hand. Sent him the money and never got the receipt after receiving what I paid him he started not communicating with me. I had to always call..., message and or email him which he told me that he would prior to hiring him that those are the ways that we would communicate. The papers that I was supposed to respond to was denied and so the court had dismissed the case. So I called Mr Vargas and told him I don't want his service anymore because before the case was dismissed I had called the courthouse to ask if he really did file any paperworks for me and was told by the courthouse clerk that there was no proof of service filed and I asked Mr Vargas his answer was " oh I hired someone to serve the other party and he said that he hired his nephew" . He also said that he will re file papers for me again and I said no its ok I don't need your service anymore because he had already lied to me regarding the papers being filed. July came I said I want my money back he said I will mail it to you. O Whole summer passed and nothing came. Went to his office in September 2012 was able to pick up half of what I paid. But I had to find out where he moved because the office address that he gave me was closed already and I was not told that he was moving. He told me that day that he would mail me the $650 as soon as he has the money. October came and he kept asking me for my address so he can mail the check November came nothing arrived December 12,2012 he messages me thru text and told me it was mailed that morning. January 14 2013 already and it's been a month since I last spoke to him and he never answers his phone , text and or email that I send him.

I hired Mr. Vargas for BK7 he filed my papers with missing informations and did not show up for BK hearing. He did not answer my calls that day and still is not answering any messages or emails I sent him. I paid him for BK7 and know others as well now that did and got nothing from him but filing pap...ers with missing informations.

Mr. Vargas was referred to me by a community organization, over a year and a half ago, in which he committed to donate, 10% of his attorney fees. I was impressed with his desire to help his community. Mr. Vargas failed to file all required paperwork regarding my Bankruptcy case, resulting in my... case being dismissed from Court. After many attempts to contact him to reimburse my fees, he finally agreed to file my case for a second time. In addition, he agreed to reimburse all fees for the trouble incurred. Mr. Vargas again, failed to file all required forms. Had I not taken charge of the situation, my case would of been dismissed for the second time. To date, Mr. Vargas had not reimbursed me any fees, nor has he returned any of my calls or messages.
