Dedicated to Client Care

Heather represented me in my divorce case. Her entire staff took care to put my needs first. The biggest complaint I have heard from my friends (besides how expensive a divorce is) is that they can never get ahold of their attorney. I did not experience this. I had ongoing contact with the firm a...nd always talked to a live person. If I had to leave a message for my attorney – my call was always returned within one day. I never felt alone in the process and my outcome was great also.

More like a family than a law firm

Heather Cullen has been my attorney for many years. She has been my advocate throughout my divorce case and my post-divorce custody and support hearings. I have been blessed by the hard work and dedication the office has shown to me and my children. I have had the pleasure of being represented by Hea...ther for many years and also the pleasure of additional assistance in my matter when Attorney Duggan-Herd and Attorney Murphy each represented me and advocated on my behalf in my case. I watched Heather's firm grow from from the small one office location during her early years of practicing law to her beautiful downtown building with her full office of legal staff and a wonderful support system. I feel like this office is part of my family. They go through the ups and downs with me and always care about the outcome and, most importantly, they care during the case and after. I never feel like I am alone during my case. Legal battles are scary. But, I feel that I am always protected by my family at the Law Office of Heather Cullen.

Impressive Attorney and Office

Heather is a great attorney. She is assertive and takes control of her cases. I was impressed with her and her entire office. Significant attention to detail was reflected in all of my court documents as well as my final settlement. Small issues that I would have easily missed if representing mys...elf (or maybe even represented by another attorney) were reviewed with me and ultimately addressed in my final judgment. My case involved division of many assets (including homes and a family business), custody and support issues. I was the professional in the marriage, so I could have easily left my case with no rights and no money. However, I obtained a judgment I was very happy with and I retained my business and well as some of my own income. I recommend the Law Office of Heather Cullen to any individual in need of a great family law attorney.

Great!

Heather’s office was so supportive during my divorce. They were aggressive when they needed to be. I liked to constant communication I received. I never felt like I had to “push 0 to get an operator”. Everyone should use her office when they want or need a good divorce lawyer.

Thank-you Heather Cullen and your entire office. Your office was supportive and kind when I felt alone and helpless. I was afraid that I would lose my children and my home in my legal battle.
