I Got What I Paid For! Remarkable Office!
Heather and her remarkable staff helped me with my divorce and custody case. They were there for every step of the way. I felt very alone in the court process until I hired her office. I felt that “I got what I paid for”. The whole staff was professional and supportive.

Great Experience
I was very comfortable with this firm. They made the experience turn out to be not as bad as I expected it to be. I walked away from my divorce with my dignity intact and did not feel like my divorce lawyer ended up with more of my money than I did. I felt like this firm protected me and treated ...

Getting what you pay for
Support Modifications had to be addressed and changed. The process was swift and executed very professionally by the team. No results
Spent $15k no hearings for what should have been a simple divorce. There were no children involved. We complained about the lack of results and the continuous fees being charged and all fell on deaf ears.
I am truly sorry that the outcome in your family law matter was not the outcome you anticipated and hoped for. Divorces are emotionally and financially draining. Sadly, there is no such thing as a simple divorce unless both parties agree upon every issue with absolutely no disagreement and will confirm the agreement in writing. Additionally, it is also very common for a case to never go to hearing. A case may be incur a few thousand in fees or even a tens of thousands in fees and never go to a court hearing. Nevertheless, the goal is to avoid court hearings to allow a client to maintain control over his/her own matter rather than allowing the court to decide the party’s fate. The Law Office of Heather Cullen is dedicated to providing quality legal representation and regrettably the quality of that service is sometimes overshadowed by the court's lengthy and frustrating process. Please contact our office privately if you require additional assistance with any of the concerns you have listed herein. It is my sincere hope that remainder of your family law matter has been or will be resolved expeditiously and amicably.
