Graham is a great lawyer I was recommended from a friend he really helped who was fighting 25 plus years but he beat his case, in my eyes he's the best! He was always very responsive and made sure to get all the details he needed to beat my case. The DA was trying to at first give me time, then wante...d to put me on probation for 3 years but I couldn't accept that or even afford anything on my record because it would ruin my career. So with great communication and persistence Graham got my case dismissed with a small fine and community service. He truly is the best I give him 5 stars and I recommend you choose him you won't be disappointed. He is very honest and will tell you the truth, that’s what I love about him he promised he would help but went above my expectations, because of his hard work I can now follow through with my career.

I was lucky enough to find Mr. Donath by chance. I called 8 different attorneys offices in San Bernardino looking to speak to someone about a consultation for my case but no one was available to take my call. The 9th call was Mr Donath's office and I was greeted by a very friendly women named Carrie... who didn't treat me like someone who had a felony but just a regular person. I explained my situation...I had a felony for HS11366-M (Keep Place to Sell/Etc Controlled Substance). I had no priors to this case but having this felony on my record has meant that I could no longer obtain a great job and reach my full potential. I go to school for computer programming and I could forget about working for a fortune 500 company and provide for my family the way I would want to. In 2014 I was sentenced to a full term of 3 years in prison however, I was about 7 months pregnant. I agreed to suspended sentencing which meant I would have to be on probation for 3 years but at any time I violated it, I would still be sentenced to the full 3 years in prison. I explained my situation to Carrie and she passed it along to Mr. Donath. There was a change in law that took placed January of 2019 which would allow criminals who took a suspended sentence agreement to possibly have their felony reduced to a misdemeanor and expunged. Prior to this date, reduction/dismissal was not an option. Mr. Donath was knowledgeable about this new law that passed, informed me of it and was ready to help me get my life back in order. I hadn't been in any trouble since my sentencing. I just took care of business and led my life the best I could (going to school, working, taking of my family). Nothing but a happy ending here. I met Mr. Donath in court (my parents by my side for support), he was clean cut and pleasant as usual. By the end of my hearing, Judge Stodghill (pleasant) looked at me which a big smile and said "Congratulations Mrs. ******." My felony was 100% dismissed and my plea of no contest was changed to not guilty. This whole situation was the worse thing that could have ever happened but at that point, hearing those words from Judge Stodghill was one of the best moments. Mr. Donath, Carrie and Deanna changed my life and I could not me more appreciative. They were always honest, and ready to fight hard for me. Mr. Donath and his team we're worth every penny (which was more than reasonable might I add) and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a team ready to defend them.

I got into a hit and run accident. It was very bad and a total accident because I was sleeping on the wheel (never do that, pull over). When I received a letter to go to court, I got worried and decided to find a lawyer. I am currently a college student trying to be a nurse and a hit and run convict...ion on my record could be very very bad for me. (like I cant get a job type of bad).. I made the mistake of not researching and found the first lawyer I could find under google. I thought all lawyers were the same and did the same practice. That was stupid of me. THERE ARE MAJOR DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A GOOD LAWYER AND A BAD ONE. I was with that lawyer for a month but I didnt feel comfortable and overall I didnt trust this lawyer. I decided to cancel with that lawyer and actually do my research. This lead me to Graham Donath. This man is amazing. Not only did he have a great record of awards and successful cases, he made me feel like I could trust him and he would do his best to dismiss my case. Luckily for me, Hes also very familiar with the riverside court system because he used to work there as well. That means he KNOWS people. Judges, DAs you name it. Mr. Donath also has a wonderful assistant who made me feel calm whenever I got nervous and answered all my questions as quickly as possible. (She would relay my questions to Mr. Donath cause there are times when hes at court). I feel like a great assistant is a reflection of their boss and they were both amazing. Mr. Donath was originally trying to get my case dismissed with a civil compromise but the victim was not responding and so he switched gears and got my case to be Dismissed by DEJ which is very rare to get. Mr. Donath fought for me and won and that is the definition of a great lawyer. I honestly hope I wont need Mr. Donath's services again but if I make a stupid mistake and get in trouble with the law, then he is the first person I would go to. Hes also very student friendly and will work out a payment plan if needed!
