This Law firm is by far the most helpful, considerate, respectful, knowledgeable, and communicative group I have ever worked with. I had a horrible experience with another law firm that did not represent me and used scare tactics to get more money out of me and continue getting me unfavorable outcome...s. I was lucky enough to find Mr. Donath by chance. I called 8 different attorneys offices in San Bernardino looking to speak to someone about a consultation for my case but no one was available to take my call. The 9th call was Mr Donath's office and I was greeted by a very friendly women named Carrie... who didn't treat me like someone who had a felony but just a regular person. I explained my situation...I had a felony for HS11366-M (Keep Place to Sell/Etc Controlled Substance). I had no priors to this case but having this felony on my record has meant that I could no longer obtain a great job and reach my full potential. I go to school for computer programming and I could forget about working for a fortune 500 company and provide for my family the way I would want to. In 2014 I was sentenced to a full term of 3 years in prison however, I was about 7 months pregnant. I agreed to suspended sentencing which meant I would have to be on probation for 3 years but at any time I violated it, I would still be sentenced to the full 3 years in prison. I explained my situation to Carrie and she passed it along to Mr. Donath. There was a change in law that took placed January of 2019 which would allow criminals who took a suspended sentence agreement to possibly have their felony reduced to a misdemeanor and expunged. Prior to this date, reduction/dismissal was not an option. Mr. Donath was knowledgeable about this new law that passed, informed me of it and was ready to help me get my life back in order. I hadn't been in any trouble since my sentencing. I just took care of business and led my life the best I could (going to school, working, taking of my family). Nothing but a happy ending here. I met Mr. Donath in court (my parents by my side for support), he was clean cut and pleasant as usual. By the end of my hearing, Judge Stodghill (pleasant) looked at me which a big smile and said "Congratulations Mrs. ******." My felony was 100% dismissed and my plea of no contest was changed to not guilty. This whole situation was the worse thing that could have ever happened but at that point, hearing those words from Judge Stodghill was one of the best moments. Mr. Donath, Carrie and Deanna changed my life and I could not me more appreciative. They were always honest, and ready to fight hard for me. Mr. Donath and his team we're worth every penny (which was more than reasonable might I add) and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a team ready to defend them.

First of – this is a real review. Many on this site are paid and / or not reliable. I cannot say enough about the outstanding job Graham did with my DUI case. I was facing a DUI in a case involving an accident. The DA refused to negotiate on the case and I was facing accepting a Misdemeanor Wet R...eckless or going to Trial. After reviewing my options we elected to head to Trial. At Trial Graham was extremely well prepared and immediately went to work on systematically tearing apart the DA’s case and winning over the jury. The quality of Graham’s arguments was so far above that of the DA’s. It was like watching a pro NFL player go up against a elementary school flag football player. The jury, and folks working in the court LOVED him. The court reported stated that he was the best DUI attorney she had ever seen in the court. Even the CHP office that arrested me asked for his business card after he destroyed the DA’s arguments and got a not guilty verdict on both counts. (along with half the members of the Jury as well) All in all I honestly could not be happier with the quality of work I received from Graham during this entire ordeal. I feel the price paid was extremely reasonable given the VERY high quality of my representation. Graham handled all aspects of my case personally (as opposed to many firms who have “associates” handle your case and plea you out at first chance). Graham won my DVM hearing as well as completely dominated the trial from start to finish, ultimately prevailing with a not guilty verdict on both counts. If you are facing a DUI (or really any tough case) I would highly recommend calling Graham. I got arrested after I was accused of domestic violence. I was referred to Mr. Donath by some attorney in court on my first court date and called him. Boy am I glad I did. A few months later and all criminal charges dismissed and all I had to do was pay a fine. I can't say enough about what a gre...at and trustworthy lawyer he was.
