Mr. Donath represented my son in a very complicated legal case. Without going into details, the stakes were extremely high. I found Mr. Donath to be very knowledgable, rational, & experienced. Legal cases with serious charges can have dire consequences & emotions are understandably very high for both... the defendants & their loved ones. Yet, Mr. Donath is able to remain clear headed, calm, & focused. He never loses sight of the goal; to provide the best possible legal defense & to get the absolute best possible outcome for his client. He is able to communicate & work well with the DA & Judge, which is absolutely crucial. The end result of my son's case was that all legal charges against him were dismissed. I am eternally grateful to Mr. Donath. I feel so lucky to have had him in my son's corner. I give him my highest recommendation to anyone needing a great defense attorney.

I was involved in an incidence of self-defense which boiled down to me brandishing a firearm at an off-duty LEO who threatened my life and cornered me in a road rage incident. After the nightmarish experience of being arrested, thrown in jail and facing multiple felonies, my life was essentially over.... But with the truth on my side and Graham in my corner, we were fully prepared to fight the false allegations made against me. Graham was a candid and consummate professional throughout the entire process. He let me know all of the possible outcomes and was able to answer my questions whenever I called. He also gave me reassurance that helped me move on with my life while the legal system ran its course. After speaking with the DA's office, Graham said they declined to press charges. I personally believe this was due in large part to it clearly being self-defense, but I cannot speak enough about Graham's work. Graham came highly recommended from an attorney friend of mine in Orange County, who basically said "If I was in trouble, I'd hire him"- I can see why. Honest, down to earth, accessible, consistent - all words I would use to describe Graham's services. I hope nobody ever finds themselves in the situation I was in, but if I ever need an attorney in the future, he will be the first person I call.

First of – this is a real review. Many on this site are paid and / or not reliable. I cannot say enough about the outstanding job Graham did with my DUI case. I was facing a DUI in a case involving an accident. The DA refused to negotiate on the case and I was facing accepting a Misdemeanor Wet R...eckless or going to Trial. After reviewing my options we elected to head to Trial. At Trial Graham was extremely well prepared and immediately went to work on systematically tearing apart the DA’s case and winning over the jury. The quality of Graham’s arguments was so far above that of the DA’s. It was like watching a pro NFL player go up against a elementary school flag football player. The jury, and folks working in the court LOVED him. The court reported stated that he was the best DUI attorney she had ever seen in the court. Even the CHP office that arrested me asked for his business card after he destroyed the DA’s arguments and got a not guilty verdict on both counts. (along with half the members of the Jury as well) All in all I honestly could not be happier with the quality of work I received from Graham during this entire ordeal. I feel the price paid was extremely reasonable given the VERY high quality of my representation. Graham handled all aspects of my case personally (as opposed to many firms who have “associates” handle your case and plea you out at first chance). Graham won my DVM hearing as well as completely dominated the trial from start to finish, ultimately prevailing with a not guilty verdict on both counts. If you are facing a DUI (or really any tough case) I would highly recommend calling Graham. Graham is one of the top attorneys I have ever seen in action and I feel fortunate to have had him represent me. I would highly recommend you call Graham and discuss your case with him.
