Mr. Carson delivered on his promises! I hired Mr. Carson after having a public defender. I was incarcerated and he referred me to a great bail agent so that I could bail out of jail and fight my case from the outside. I was facing three felony strike charges and 24 years in prison! Mr. Carson evalu...ated my case and the first thing he told me was "The DA is overcharging your case!" He told me that he felt the charges wouldn't stick. He fought my case for 6 months and never asked me for more money than what we initially agreed upon. The DA wouldn't budge and wouldn't negotiate my case because I had a previous strike from 2 years prior. So we had to go to the preliminary hearing. Mr. Carson was amazing.
