Make no doubt about it, this man is the real deal. Eugene is talented, extremely intelligent, organized, concise, was a District Attorney, and I've noticed everybody genuinely likes Eugene. Well, except for any opposing attorney who has the unfortunate task of going against Eugene. But even they will... like him after the case or trial concludes, because he's that good. I consider Eugene a friend, because of what we went through during trial, it was extremely difficult and emotional. And of course what he did for myself and my children. The attorney I had prior to Eugene didn't do anything for over a year, and caused a lot of harm to myself and my children, because of his inactivity, and constant lies to me about his progress. I had to get rid of him, and I was lucky enough to be able to hire an amazing attorney named Eugene Carson the third. Eugene finished my case in 3 months. Each time Eugene appeared for me, he made an impact. He brought my initial felony charge-four counts, to a misdemeanor-three counts, the first time he had the opportunity to. And before trial began, to a misdemeanor one-count. I had no other choice to request a jury trial, because an innocent man like myself does not accept pleas. Eugene told me possible horrible negative outcomes every step of the way, which were difficult to hear and accept. But I knew I had innocence on my side, and as long as we could unravel every false allegation and lie made by a psychotic ex I felt I would be fine. You hear people comment about attorneys "fighting" for them, or he/she "fought" for me, but what does that mean? I'll tell you what it means, because that's exactly what Eugene did for me, he fought with passion and pizazz for me. Eugene knew who I was, he knew my case, he researched, and he cross-examined magnificently. He exposed an incompetent lying rookie detective (advanced age) who the jurors didn't like, an incompetent doctor, a horrible fraudulent child interviewer with anger issues, who was working with the detective and atrocious CPS to try and match a psychotic ex's fraudulent story. And how could I forget, Eugene exposed the psychotic ex for what she really is, a liar, and who perjured herself multiple times on the stand. Eugene also found out the psycho ex had a history of doing this to her ex-boyfriends (family law) when they ended the relationship with her. What Eugene and his great paralegal Yahaira did for me, and my children, was not easy, but they did it. Yahaira is not your average paralegal, she helped me a lot, my children, and Eugene during my case. My trial lasted 2 weeks, my young children testified, and told everyone the mother asked them to lie for her. The jurors came back from their lunch early to deliberate, and gave me a verdict of not guilty in 20 minutes. Maybe this is just another day of work for Eugene, but he changed my life, and my children's life forever, and for that I am forever in his debt. Eugene Carson is the real deal, make no doubt about it.
