Attorney David E. Wohl from Wallin & Klarich provided excellent representation during my current legal matter. I am still a teenager, and attorney Whol was able to understand me and show me that I was not alone. I made a very bad decision in life, but Mr. Wohl fought really hard to give me a second c...hance. I will always be thankful for all the effort he put in my case and for achieving the best possible result. There needs to be a zero stars option. David Wohl is by far the worst attorney you will ever find. Trust me, anyone is better than this joke. He represents parents in Riverside Juvenile Dependency, he did absolutely nothing in my case that he allowed to drag on for a year and a half. He told me repea...tedly for a year, "don't worry, I'm gonna get your kids back to you in San Jose, CA." Then as the case got closer to the end, his comments completely changed to, "what, you don't think they would be okay staying with her?" And, "my best advice to you, is to make it work with her." And, "you're not gonna get them back to Santa Clara County." This horrendous, vile, absent, drug abusing mother made multiple false police reports, multiple false cps hotline reports, and kidnapped my children for almost a month, coached them to say false abuse stories about me, and got sole custody of MY children. This obtuse attorney David Wohl lied and told me all abuse charges were dropped against me in juvenile dependency, well turns out he lied to me. After I fired him, another crap juvenile dependency panel attorney told me those abuse allegations were found true about me shortly after my year and a half nightmare started with cps/juvenile dependency. My new attorney even forwarded me the "amended" petition David never showed me. And it showed David never requested a trial, never said anything to dispute the allegations found true about me. He just accepted the court decision finding these allegations true about me. And on top of that, lied to my face telling me all abuse charges against me were dropped, and all I had to do was take a few classes and you'll get your kids back. Avoid this loser wannabe attorney like the plague. I had a criminal attorney replace David W. for my exact same allegations in criminal court as well, in Riverside, CA. That attorney got me acquitted of the same charges alleged against me in Juvenile Joke Dependency. The jury took less than 20 minutes to deliberate my joke of a case. David, you are the biggest joke I've ever encountered in criminal and juvenile dependency law. Oh that's right, I found out this attorney used to work for the juvenile dependency panel (free attorneys for poor people) which employs the biggest idiots, and unintelligent wannabe lawyers/attorneys. Of course California wouldn't make a law degree mandatory to be an attorney, it definitely shows California.
