I live in Tennessee, while Scott practices in California. I was being sued on a breach of contract allegation involving a sale of an expensive automobile. It was my first time to ever use the services of an out-of-state attorney and I was particularly concerned about being absent and Waynethe potential for large expense. While being sued is never pleasant, Scott made the process much more tolerable for me.
He kept me informed of via telephone and e-mail and constantly advise me of my options and his opinion on how I should proceed. He did not attempt to force his opinion on me but was very professional in his conduct and attitude. I chose to follow his advice and it all worked out exactly as he said it would which was to my advantage. When the bill came, I found that it was more than reasonable. He saved me many thousands and cost me only a few hundred he will be my lawyer anytime anywhere I can use his services.

Mr. Fruchter proved to be very able and successful as my lawyer. He always helped me to feel comfortable and I always had full trust in him. He made me feel like he was our friend and not just a lawyer. I have recommended him to various people in the past and will continue to do so. Mr. Fruchter would be a definit asset to you as he has been to so many of us as clients.
