Great Attorney
Roderick was my attorney for a case I had in Santa Ana. Throughout the process and numerous hearings he kept me informed and at ease with what was going on and what was going to happen. Right from the start he made some suggestions on things I could do prior to my hearings to show the courts I was doing the right thing. I appreciate his hard work in getting my case dismissed. Hopefully I'll never need his services again, but if I do need an attorney, I will definitely be contacting Roderick again.

Helpful, dependable and resourceful
Rory was incredibly helpful and dependable throughout all steps of the legal process. He clearly explained all of the required steps, and answered all of my questions along with providing necessary referrals. He really made it all so easy for me and I never even had to appear in court. Rory continued to be a resource for me over the course of several years and worked quickly to get the charges expunged for me so that I was able to travel. I would absolutely recommend him for your case.

Scafiddi Law and Associates has help me with several of my court cases over the past 12 years. Many of the Scafiddi team has help me with each of my cases; more so, Attorney Roderick Daly which has been my go to attorney in my most recent court case. We have built a great relationship in my past few case, which made it very comfortable for me to talk to and trust whie going through a mental health break down and mental health crisis. He treated me with respect and took care of my needs even when I was incompetence for court. Based on our previous cases and relationship he was able to see past my delusions and our lack of productive communication and effectively get me into a mental heath diversion program. Completion of the program the court will drop all my charges: 2 felonies and a misdemeanor. I couldn't ask for more, my reputation and background is very important to me and my field of work. Highly Recommended
When I first got hit with my situation, that was the most stressed I have felt in my whole entire life. My dad works in law enforcement and we called about every law office in the inland empire. We read tons of reviews for days, and landed upon this law firm. I am more than please with my attorney Roderick. It was a long bumpy journey, but he helped me more than I can ever imagine in the end. I am very satisfied with his work. I was recommended by a friend to and let me tell you they are the best!! Extremely knowledgeable and work tirelessly to accomplish the best outcome for the client. I was able to get a full dismissal with a diversion. All charges drop thanks to Roderick. I would highly recommend using this name.

Best lawyer in town !
I was facing 14 years . 10 years from Gang Enhancement & the rest from previous and on going chargers . I am a striker and was given no opportunity to prove myself to the courts that I am not a menace to society. The courts did not want to look past my violations or juvenile record, while probation did everything in there power to keep me incarcerated until my probation hold lifted 2 years later . Mike & Rory set up a hearing to get me bailed out and did everything in there power to prove to the courts that I’m not just some felon . I ended up fighting for 2 years out of custody as well. While appearing to the courts I’ve changed and I am not the monster they tried to make me seem, they took a lot of it into consideration. I went through different judges and many DA’s that didn’t want me out of custody . With the help of Rory & Mike they got me down to admitting to my violations and taking 1 charge while doing a year credit on house arrest and 2 years of probation . These two men and Mike Scafiddis team overall helped me so much. I went in when I was 20 years old and I am now 24, changed and very grateful for there team .

I hired Roderick (AKA Rory) for a case in which I had been criminally charged with a felony. During the consultation, he sympathized with my situation and sought to understand the details of my case. He provided me with realistic expectations on possible outcomes and provided me a comprehensive plan of action. Initially, Rory was able to communicate with the District Attorney’s office to reduce the charge to a misdemeanor provided the facts and evidence of the case. Rory represented me in court and worked with me to successfully complete a military diversion program (pursuant to CA Penal Code 1001.80). Initially charged for a felony, Rory helped me get my case dismissed and helped me avert a criminal restraining order. Currently, I am working with Rory to remove any occurrence of arrest from my record with Department of Justice. The charges against me and police report were heavily biased against me; Rory will fight for fair justice, and it is up to you to do your homework. I highly recommend this attorney. Roderick or aka Rory can help you in every way to get out of the trouble we got in. He can get a dismissal or diversion or an outcome you will be ok with. He will always reply to texts or calls when he can and always makes sure he’s on you to make sure you’re not getting into more trouble.
