I originally called for his wife Sarah Powell but I was greeted by Jeffrey Scott Bullard and never met his wife. Jeffrey Scott Bullard treated my case as a 4th DUI even though two had passed its 10 year statute of limitations. Jeffrey Bullard told got me the best deal possible. I was sentenced to 16 ...months California State Penitentiary for a 2nd DUI. Jeffrey Scott Bullard is garbage.

I hired Jeffrey Bullard around October 2017. I had just gotten out of jail, (for the first time), and was facing a DUI + an over the legal limit charge(s). I hired Jeffrey Bullard for a first offense DUI. I was stopped in 2015 and charged with a BAC above the limit. This was first time going through any sort of legal process. After researching online on how to select a lawyer I searched for a couple of lawyers in the San Bernardino area that worked w...ith DUI cases and also offered free consultations. I actually found Mr. Bullard on Avvo through a google search of DUI lawyers in San Bernardino. I selected Mr. Bullard since I was able to meet directly with him during initial consultation and was very approachable. While the other firms I contacted also covered some of the same considerations for my case (like knowledge of specific court for your case and particulars of my stop), Mr. Bullard met directly with with me. Some of the other firms I contacted did an initial phone call and general review. Mr. Bullard provided rough breakdown and approach for my case during my initial consultation. He was familiar with the court my case would be handled (San Bernardino) and persons who would review my case. No lawyer will make a guarantee on case outcome and Mr. Bullard was always straightforward. Scope of work and fees I thought were fair. Mr. Bullard is with Bullard and Powell so my case was also looked at by Sarah Powell. My case did not need to go to court and the outcome was much better than I had expected.
