Help in a time of need.

When I went to Jeff, I was nervous and scared about my case in court. Not only did he make me feel comfortable and relaxed, he gave me confidence about the outcome of my trial. He explains things simply and easy to follow. Overall, I would highly recommend this honest, hard working lawyer to anyone I... know.

Got me through the worst experience of my life.

From the day he took my case to the day it was dismissed, Mr. Bullard showed nothing but the utmost compassion and professionalism. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns, and if he wasn't he would call me back as soon as he was available. Even though he had other clients he alwa...ys made me feel like I was top priority. The most frustrating thing (which was not his fault) was how long it took to have the case dismissed because of the lazy DA and her "Hang Em' High" supervisor. Mr. Bullard believed in me from day one and believed that we had a good case. He kept on the DA and presented the facts: That my alcoholic soon-to-be ex-wife telling the police that I hit her was a lie. It took the judge lowering the charge to a misdemeanor to finally get a sensible DA to see that there was no case. I've never broken the law in my life and this is the first time I ever hired an attorney. If you're on the fence about hiring a private attorney vs. letting the court appoint a PD think about this: Do you really want to leave your fate to an overworked PD who can't tell you apart from the next person? I didn't consider it for a second, and neither should you. I can't possibly thank Mr. Bullard enough for all of his hard work.

Jeff Bullard's Knowledge and Epertise helped us through a difficult time

Approximately three years ago our friends son (whom we consider family) was arrested for breaking and entering a home with some of his friends after a party. They stole some very expensive items and were all subsequently arrested and charged. Although we were over 400 miles away I immediately calle...d Jeff Bullard, I met him years ago and he made quite an impression. He called me back within 20 minutes. We had never been through anything like this before and he calmly walked us through what was going to happen, the bail that we could expect to be set and the name of a bail bondsman. Everything, he told us was exactly as it happened. To make this case more difficult the local district attorney tried to show this was a gang related crime since ther were about six or seven guys involved. There was no gang and eventually after going back and forth to court the charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. Jeff Bullard followed up with us promply, told us what we should do to get our God son personal references and what he could do to make the court see that he made a very bad mistake and wanted to turn his life around. As we get prepared for college to start again this year, I can't help but think how grateful we are to have had Jeff in our corner.

Excellent Attorney Representation Regarding Misdemeanor

During a time when I (for the first time in my life actually) had a mishap with an almost ridiculous local law concerning a park curfew where I would receive a misdemeanor, Attorney Jeffrey Scott Bullard was immediately on my side to help. Sympathetic toward my dilemma, he acted very passionately to... help me out in any way he could. After talking with him on the phone, meeting him in his office, to eventually hiring him, the first thing he did was drive out to the very park that I was cited for the broken curfew. There he examined every speck of detail that would eventually help to gaining my favored outcome: a dismissal of all charges. Throughout my troubles Attorney Bullard walked me through all the processes I would have to take as well as possible outcomes of my situation; he made sure that I understood everything that was happening around me as well. Keeping in contact with him was never an issue. He assured me that he would give his best to get me the results that I wanted, and after a small period of time he was able to have all charges against me dismissed after meeting with the District Attorney. Considering my case, I may be perceived as young, but do not mistake this for being naïve. I would highly recommend Attorney Jeffrey Scott Bullard to others and would not hesitate to seek him out again in the future should the need arise.

Jeffrey Scott Bullard is a great DUI lawyer, got me to avoid Jail time for my oustanding warrant going on almost 2 years!!!!!

I personally called around looking for a good defense attorney to take on my dui probation violation case. I had called around and most of the attorneys were overpriced out of my budget, not until I called Jefferey Scott Bullard. He not only quoted me a fair attorney cost, but he was different than... all the other lawyers I had called around. He was very attentive, listened to me and was very well organized. Anytime I needed him for advice, whether it is via phone or email, he was on it. I don't think i went more than 5 minutes without hearing back from him and that speaks alot! I have hired other dui attorneys and they didn't want to get to know me on a personal basis or anything. They just looked at me as a number and never kept me really informed as they had other clients that were supposedly more important than me. Jeffrey was with me every step of the way. He has a very nice, calm demeanor, and that reassured me that he will do everything he can for me, which is all I ask for. I have no problem recommending this attorney to anyone. I don't plan on getting into trouble with the law anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to go to! If any of my friends or family members need a good defense attorney, I will recommend Jeffrey Scott Bullard without a doubt! I had a warrant out since I violated my DUI probation because i didn't pay my dui fine and never did any work release program as part of my plea to avoid jail time. I was well almost 2 years into my warrant and had faced serious jail time, since I violated my probation. Jeffrey went to court for me and got me re-instated to my original probation. I avoided jail and have him to thank.
