Attorney Garcia was suppossed to represent me in my hearing and did not show up on time. The Firm called him and he told them he was in the court room. He was not there when my case was called and I was. He eventually walked in 50 minutes later and three calls to the Firm. The good thing is the comm...issioner continued my case until finally the Lawyer showed up. He never again represented my cases. His attitude was uncaring.
